Came highly recommended, but I also am coming across the problem of the VST working, but unable to find instruments. I'm using Cakewalk on Windows 10 (64), downloaded the correct version, and have it in its own folder with the.dll file and the.mse file folder (Sonatina Orchestra.instruments) together in the base VST folder for cakewalk. After downloading and decompressed VSCO2 community (VST) I placed both the mse and dll under the 'presetplugin database installed generator VST'. The scan in the plugin manager seems successful. Both files now become one 'VSCO2 Orchestra.vst' But when I add the instrument, the sentence pops up saying 'The plugin VSCO2 Orchestra is missing.

If you are using windows, just install the git from the official installer and the architecture your system is using. If you are using any linux distro GNOME based just do sudo apt install git (you may need some privielegies to do this.) If you are though, using any xfce distro just install it with pacman. And if you are using mac, or any BSD based system, just install homebrew.
